Our company opens opportunities to certificate, diploma and degree. Candidates who are interested in venturing into the field of real estate sales on a full-time basis. Among the duties of a real estate negotiator are as follows:

Conduct property inspection.

Propose an appropriate marketing plan to property owners.

Understand & follow the development of the national real estate market.

Conduct financial screening of prospects.

Do the real estate marketing process.

Conduct property tours.

Conduct a negotiation process.

Facilitate property ownership process.


Commission income based on the number of successful property sales.

Active real estate agent can generate an income of around RM5,000 to RM30,000 per month.

Commission will be paid daily provided the claim is submitted with complete supporting documents.

Potential to generate passive income if you are appointed as a group manager.

A very exciting career path, you start as a real estate consultant and then be appointed as a group manager, agency manager and then as a group agency manager.


If a real estate agent manages to sell a house worth RM850,000.00 with a total agency fee of 3%. A new real estate agent (will start with 60% tiering) will earn a total income for the month of RM15,300.00

The Income Calculation breakdown is as follows:

House Sale Price: RM 850,000.00

Agency Fee (3%) = RM 25,500.00

New Agent Tiering Starting from 60%, then the income that will be received by the new agent is (RM25,500 X 60%) = RM15,300.


Aged between 21- 45 years.

Have at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).

No experience in Real Estate can also apply.

Experienced RENs are encouraged to apply. If you qualify, you may be able to apply for a position as a group manager.

Highly motivated, cooperative, and passionate to be the best.

Able to learn from the start.

Can work alone with minimal supervision.

Possess own vehicle.

Experienced agents but from different industries such as Coway, Cuckoo, Insurance and Takaful agents are encouraged to apply.


This job does not offer a salary. But we offer very high and attractive sales commissions.

No, because this job is your own business, you decide your own working hours. But the more time you put into this job the greater your chances of success in this real estate field.

Active real estate negotiator can maintain their average income between RM5000 to RM30000 per month.

You need to stay committed and focused and at the same time provide start-up capital to cover your operating costs as a real estate negotiator.
